H.W.,
Have you shot any timelapse or animation type stuff with a LOMO, Zeiss
or other Cine lens on a DSLR (not a video camera or a digital still in
video mode) as compared to still lenses?
While I'm at it, how big is the noticeable difference between the
various MoPic film stocks and the digital chips, especially when Cine
lenses are used? Can they even cut together?
I read an article a while back about the stop-motion film, "Corpse
Bride". They decided to use the Canon over the Mitchell because they
said the Mitchell looked almost out of focus in comparison to the 1D
image - I believe they used all Nikon lenses, but not sure if they used
the same lenses on the Mitchell.
Speaking of which - I'm in the market for a new DSLR and am eyeing up
the Pentax K200D. Anyone used this camera?
