[Konvas] OCT-18 to OCT-19

Dan,

I've used Raf's adapter on several lenses and never had a problem.  I 
think it's the Nikon adapter that has some fit problems (because of the 
FFD).  It won't work on Kinor, but it should be good on a 2M.
