 You need to use the 260mm diameter 0.7 in front of the 16mm focal length.

The 260mm Century 0.7 was $11.650.00-- when they discontinued it.

And I have never seen a used one for sale.

Just put a good 0.7 century on the 18mm , and you have decend wide angle
.....
i know than Mr.Stone will say this is a JUNK solution :)))
nikon lenses are not flange correct for use with kinor ....
