Note that the synthetic Labelle oils are not recommended for  
plastics, but most railroad model plastics are polystyrene or Delrin.

Tenax is an activated liquid cement for PVC plastics. Will also work  
on polystyrene plastics, too. Nothing works on Delrin except a  
specialized activated epoxy which is quite hard to find.

Goo is a general purpose rubber-type cement. Probably just the ticket  
for holding-in interior soundproofing. Possible also tacking small  
optical parts in place.
