[Konvas] Konvas 1M troubles

Hi all,

Thanks for your helpful thoughts!

Well, I did use two different 200ft mags. The camera is a very nice, black
painted Konvas 1M, body and motor both made in 1979 by Moskinap, when I was
just ten years old and had no idea that somebody beyond the iron certain was
assembling a camera, that I was about to use much later.

Yes, I tried to run the camera again after some days, but still nothing
happened.

Your idea, Terry, is very interesting. In fact I am using film on Kodak
Cores and I have the film wound on Kodak Cores as well. The film was fitting
into the mag chamber with almost no room for anything else but the film
roll. Do you think that was too much? I was using some shortend. Somebody
wrote on the tin of the shortend "54m", not 60, what is 200ft. Perhapes
"54m" was an "under estimation"?

Do you think it is a better idea to have the film wound on the original
Konvas spools instead of Kodak (or Fuji) cores?

Thanks to everyone,

Ole
