Actually, his adapters are usually good quality.  I don't have this
particular adapter, but I have some others from Michael.  He gets them
made for a very competitive price in a machine shop in the Ukraine.
We've had this discussion before.  He could charge a lot more so that
they'd look more appealing, but its not a huge market for him and he'd
rather sell lenses.  He usually has the best price on the Peleng.  I
don't know how he gets them so cheap.
