Probably a Cameflex knock-off.
In 1962, with Techniscope's introduction, Cameflex went back into new
production for a thankfully brief period, turning out 2-perf cameras
and 2-perf conversions for existing, old Cameflexes, then it shut its
doors.
Perhaps the Cameflex tooling and remaining parts inventory went to
China, just as Technicolor's old dye-transfer printing equipment went
to China.
Techniscope, in its original incarnation, was dependent upon
Technicolor's proprietary "direct to matrix" printing process, which
effectively saved at least two generations in the final product.
Heretofore, "direct to matrix" was reserved for the printing of "wide
gauge" titles (VistaVision, Technirama, etcetera).
