[Konvas] P6 to Konvas adaptor

So far it seems only a couple of people are interested in the P6-Konvas 
OCT19 adaptor.  That's not enought to make it economically viable, I 
guess, so unless someone tells me not to, I'll tell my machinist friend 
it's off.
