[Konvas] P6 to Konvas adaptor

The deal is this: it'll cost $150 to set up the machine, then $70-75 per 
adapter.  I figure we'd need four or five buyers to make it work.  But 
if Mike Fourman is still selling his for $17 apiece I can see why people 
might prefer his.
