I have listened with Headphones and he is good. He has a likeable voice  and 
very good diction.
But has been recorded badly!
 
There is too much reverberation, the microphone area has hard surfaces  and 
needs covering to stop sound bouncing. Or use a supercardiod  mic-10db.  I 
would cut out the music and fade up the machinery noise in  between sentences to 
bring it "alive".  You need to highlight the power and  strength of these 
machines.
The BBC broadcasting ratio for docs is 5 for voice and 6 for music  or SFX in 
other words the voice fits just under SFX but not together. Other  countries 
do it their way. 
 
NB. I think you need a good tripod as the camera is  wandering.!
 
I think he is very good and I will certainly give him a job. (providing  he 
is handsome and has money!)
