[Konvas] Square Front wanted

I'd like to find one with an OCT-19 mount. I'm not familiar with the different versions of square fronts anamorphic lenses. The 50mm square front I have is inscribed BAS4-15-01 F+50 1.2 on the top of the lens.  I'm hoping at some point to to get a 35mm that compliments the lens I have for a small project.
The square front anamorphics seem to be getting very rare on ebay.
