another go later as I would like to see your film.
The Sennheiser ME66 with the K6 back end is a superb microphone but has a  
short gun capsule and should work fine if you damped down the hard services  
with curtains or blankets. Perhaps the reverberation came from the  computer.  I 
get sent CD's every week from location recordists around the  world who want 
me to listen to their recordings with a view to  improve their recording skills 
but like cameras the resulting image  soundscape is only as good as the 
microphone capsule/amp and the glass in  the lens but with patience you can within 
reason manipulate the  results. 
I found your film extremely interesting although I saw only a little bit of  
it, I was intrigued by the subject matter and could'nt wait for the next 
scene.  The pace and style of the VO was professional although I would edit it  
differently to bring the best out of it but ofcourse I am seeing it fresh!   If I 
shot it then who knows how it would turn out?
 
I will endeavour to download your film as I love the 'how its made' type  
shorts. There is a market for that subject matter and hope you will be making  
some more.
