Ole,
Are you saying they Pull-Processed it? Since 400 to 200 should only be 
off by one full stop (that's if my math is correct), I've never done a 
pull-process (although I have push-processed), but it shouldn't be too 
big a deal for the telecine.

One stop should be fairly workable in post, especially since you are 
working with a film origination and not a digital format origination 
like MiniDV, or HDV, which won't have anywhere near as much latitude. 
Just make sure the colorist knows what he or she is doing.
