Actually, 300251610107 (as pictured) is the "aiming head" version, not the camera version.? The aiming head units were used on some pedestals where the camera had the handles built onto it, but normally was used with telescopes or dishes-- either acoustic or satellite.?? I have not seen one of those in years, but it is rated for fifty to two hundred pounds working weight, which was why they were adapted to the early monster studio tube cameras.

We had one of these at work--it came with a used Matthews TV camera
pedestal. It was missing a part or two and I never got it working
correctly, but it was a heavy duty SOB, probably made for a pretty hefty
tube camera. A crude design as far as I could tell, and required a
large base plate with beveled sides to fit it to the camera. I was not
impressed with it overall, but maybe properly set up and with a lot of
weight on it....?
