Me too!  When I use my Kinor S16mm I cover  the Kinor logo with masking tape. 
I do it to stop the constant remarks by my  fellow photographers, Like that's 
a vintage one is'nt it, NO its only 15 years  old and it delivers the same 
images as an Arri SR3. (ok a small white  lie)
 
Where ever you go there is always someone with the latest camera with a  nice 
shiny chrome badge.
 
You see them coming as they wear a huge neck strap with the makers name on  
it.
