[Konvas] Lubricating Konvas magazines

Hello all,

I'm looking into lubricating my own  Konvas (side latch) magazines.  I looked on Konvas.com at the how-to, but the pictures (of which gears to lube) from the old Commiecam site aren't there.  Anyone have copies of this?  

I read that camera oil is best, but where do I find this?  I found something about PDP-38 on an arri site, but nothing else.  I saw some lubricants on filmtools too, do any of these work?
