[Konvas] Lubricating Konvas magazines

I was able to find this:

I also found the Commiecam site again on the web archive.
Any other tips? What do you use for lubricant? I know you guys have Probably talked about boring stuff like this for years but please help me out. I'm so close to shooting my first stuff after getting my 1M fixed.
