I'm not sure what happened to Steve Larson's konvas.info, but you can
always try emailing Steve and ask him if he has those files:
steve @ konvas.info

Personally, I use either gun lube or sewing machine oil. It's easy to
get and it's cheap. I'm not saying that I recommend it for your cinema
camera, but I use it for mine ;-)

Make sure you clean ALL of the old, dried up grease out of your gears
and don't use too much oil when you put the lube in. Too much seems to
be worse than not enough.
