[Konvas] Askania camera OT

Does anyone have experience with these? I found one in very good condition but won't buy it without some feedback.. I cranked it over and the movement is very smooth. The lens had been replaced with a Russian 3cm but in not great shape. Raf has one listed for about $4K. Lens mount is funny. Part of it looks like an OCT19 mount with a smaller lens mounting ring/plate for a small lens.
