[Konvas] Ebayer advice please

Anyone done any business with NINOILO from Georgia.
 
Seems to deal with Kinors and Lomos and is a 100% rater.  Any  
shipping/packing issues to be aware of.
 
Has a Kinor 35 for sale but looks high mileage to me and again a bit  pricey!
