[Konvas] Ebayer advice please

I've purchased a couple of things from him and have had a good experience. Packaging was okay. His prices sometimes seem a bit off, don't they?

Anyone done any business with NINOILO from Georgia.
 
Seems to deal with Kinors and Lomos and is a 100% rater.  Any shipping/packing issues to be aware of.
 
Has a Kinor 35 for sale but looks high mileage to me and again a bit pricey!
