[Konvas] red adapter problem

Hey Brad, 

Yes, my Lomo OCT19 adapter for my Red had to be cut for clearance for
the tab on all my high speed lenses.  Attached is a pic of my 50C.  It
required the widest clearance cut.  The pic you see is what was cut out
of the back of the Lomo mount for my Red.

On the adapter (I've never used it), was Raf's an OCT18 lens to fit on
an OCT19 mount or the reverse?

I just finished making a red adapter for my lomo set.  Works great
except for when I try to use my 18mm on it.  The 18 seems to have a
little tab on the lower back of the lens that hits the mount.  Has
anyone else had this problem?  I'm going to try and skim a little off
the mount but there isn't much room to wiggle.  Does anyone know what
the exact clearance is from mount to mirror on a konvas?

Also what's the deal with oct19 to oct18 conversion.  Raf used to have a
simple little adapter if I remember correctly but I can't find it
anymore.  Does anyone have one of these for sale?
