[Konvas] RED- OCT19 lens mount

Just to make it clear. I am looking for PL mount adapter that will fit
Kinor16CX-2M optics (OKC series primes and zooms). These have specific
Kinor16 mount, not the OCT19. And such an adapter is the only
nondestructive option to have these optics both on RED and Kinor16CX.
