I just received an email from a concerned seller and ebay member that after being kicked out of eBay for stealing, fraud and misrepresentation, Anatoliy Pleshko is using another eBay ID, anatol53803

Yes, you are right, he is real swindler!
He has stolen your money, he has stolen money from many other people's, now he has registered anew and is continuing..
What to do with him?
Will ebay help us?

Therefore, please be careful in dealing with Anatoliy.  This may or may not happen to you, but many people have lost money with him and very likely, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

  Hm. He started with stealing pictures, and finished with copying same naming pattern (RafCamera vs AnatolCamera),
  and even took same shopping cart engine :-)
  Now I should expect his call for assistance in setting up a payment module for his shop, I suppose :-)
  But some people were happy dealing with him taking into account his feedback,
  so there is a chance to get a bargain, probably.
