I put in the  picture a pen to give idea and i weight the lens ?
Whoooo    it's 5 pound ! i do not expecting this weight it's weight more of
what weight my 500mm century.Good it's short.

I check more carefully the mount and the mount was grinder to get in
easily....
It's the only one i have in aluminum. And it's not easy to put on to soft
and the metal is like he do not easely slide on the contact of the camera
mount.
I will made a support to holding it on the support for the matt box.

M.Colcam or Smith Wye M39 and not M42
As for the Hassy to oct19?? Get a Hassy to M39 adapter via eBay, put an
extension tube onto it, then fit the oct19 mount and you'll have an easily
interchangeable mount.

I think Ralf got a Oct 19 to M42 ?  One thing more... i like to keep the
infinity on the lens
and not making it like a macro lens the idea of the tub ring is not bad.I
think Hassy lens will be very easy to get professional photographer move to
digital...
