You forgot Cinema Products XR-35.

Those had a 2-perf conversion available. Same Mitchell conversion kit  
as used on the NC and BNC as the XR-35 is an NC or BNC camera head  
(the remainder of the camera is discarded) which has been spinning- 
mirror-reflexed and enclosed in a light weight housing with a crystal  
motor, and other CP features.

My XR-35 conversion kit is a bit more complete than most.

Some kits include only the cams for the movement and the gears for  
the sprocket and not a completely new aperture plate and other parts.

My kit includes all parts which would be included in a brand-new 2- 
perf XR-35, from the aperture plate right down to the viewfinder's  
screen. The aperture plate is the most expensive single piece part.  
The screen is obviously the least expensive piece part.
