[Konvas] Help Please! Lomo lens advice

This Ebayer is giving me the 'run around'!  I have asked him questions  
about the mount but he "dodges" the issue. He promises more photos but does  
not send them.
 
I do not believe it will cover super 16mm below 12mm. I do not think  it is 
an OCT 19 mount also is it a Lomo?
 
It looks like a standard KMZ 16mm to me, what do you think?
 
Oct 19 mount in 16mm!!!
