[Konvas] Mag Jam

Yesterday one of my 120 meter mags jammed and I'm a bit perplexed as to what caused the problem. It happened when I'd already shot about 340 feet of film. From what I've been able to determine, the take up reel failed to accept film to some degree, causing film to pile up in the mag. The film wound up feeding back into the left sprocket hub which caused the mag to stop advancing film. The sprocket hub button could not be depressed so I had to force the film through. After taking the mag apart, I was able to fix the button so it could depressed. I had noticed that the sprocket hub button had been quite stiff when I first loaded the mag, but don't see how that would have cause the jam. The only other problem I noticed was that the lock washer on the take up spindle is absent (anyone have an extra one ??). There are no broken gears and every other part of the mag looks to be in great shape. Any advice would be appreciated.Best
