[Konvas] Sovscope 70

I came across a Kurosawa film I hadn't seen: Dersu Uzala. I guess most of the footage was shot in Siberia via a 70mm process called Sovscope 70. I came across this link: http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0053177/trivia that gives a llittle history of the "assimilation" from TODD-AO. I was curious if anyone had come across one of these cameras, lenses, et. al.
