[Konvas] Film processing instructions?

I've often used the Massive Dev Chart when developing still film. It's a wonderful resource:

I recently purchased and received a Morse Tank (thank you Bruce Taylor!) and will be doing some experiments with the 35mm Kodak BW cine films and greatly diluted Rodinal. The Morse tank is a wonderfully designed device. It's much smaller than I expected and very simple in design. It has me wondering whether it might be worthwhile to design a 400 foot daylight tank. Why has this not been done?
