Thanks H.W. - I'll have to check them out.

Speaking of which, I just read a paper from a student of mine. He did a 
report on the 1931 German film: "Die Dreigroschenoper" or "The 
Threepenny Opera" - which is based off a play. I shot a commercial for 
the play version a few years ago and really enjoyed watching the play.

I haven't seen the film yet, but apparently it's pretty good also. The 
student also pointed out that it has that weird, pre-academy, 1.19:1 
aspect ratio. Btw: It's in German with subtitles.

Anyway, just thought you might be interested in checking it out as well. 
I know I am...
