That is a true 70mm camera, as witness its serial number which begins  
with "70".

This could date the camera back to the 1930s.

Modern 65/70mm cameras were FCs and BFCs, and such cameras have  
serial numbers which begin with FC or BFC.

These cameras were made in 1957 and later.
