These lenses are over 60 years old so expect some issues especially on  the 
iris leaves which will probably be pitted with corrosion marks on them.  
Obviously, these lenses need a total strip down but should be servicable but 
at  a 'high cost'. You should expect to pay double of what you will pay for 
them and  don't expect to get your money back. Maybe a good investment if you 
 keep and use them.
 
The 'yellowing' could be corrected in  post that's if you are not paying to 
split the lens and  re-gluing.
 
BTW. I have dealt with this Ebayer before and there could be issues which  
he has not mentioned on the auction. Ask him if the iris opens and closes  
properly and to 'check again' how many scratches he can see using a 
magnifying  glass. I know where these lenses came from!  They do not have PL  mounts.
