Has anyone tried to tie up Konvas 2M with some short focal length  
prime to get wider screen aspect ratio?

With 1:1.85 ratio gate plus 1,33 converter we could get 1:2,4605  
ratio. And with 1:1.66 we could get 1:2.2078 ratio.
The question is: how awful would be the image quality if negative  
would be scanned up to 4k?

Anyway this adapter is quite a temptation for me as it probably can   
squeeze the picture for optics with 4.5-45 mm  focal lengths. That  
would be a spectacular frame: 18mm(or a similar fisheye) prime plus  
this converter, don't you think so?
