[Konvas] 280mm 2,8 carl zeiss lens ....

hi guy, i will reciev a 280mm 2,8 carl zeiss almost new lens in Leica SLR mount ! full frame . 
The guy have receive it from his grand father .... (good gift) .....
this lens will be more usefull if we can making it PL mount ... 
My question is : it is possible "adapt it " with a Kind of adapter mount ? or it have to be remounted ??? (question of flange) ....
the lens is full manual focus, full real stops .... Nothing electronic .... 

Any idea ????
