[Konvas] H.M.I. Metal Halide light any one got a chart speed

For shooting with out filter a 5285 100 Day 5500K  inside, this film is a
reversal and he saturate the color pop out them (good for tourist stuff) but
here i look for shooting MUPPET to pop out the color and i also like to
shoot them at 32 frame my KONVAS  17 EP do  32 and do not do 30 frame sec
( Wy 32 to slow down the speed small thing appear all the time moving faster
so slowing down the speed look like the way to go in post i could compress
or stretch if i need.)
I never used H.M.I light and i do not know if i need to take care of the
possibility of flickers here like we do for fluorescent but i have also the
speed limit of 32 frames sec the motor available speed is 8 12 24 25 32 ?
this way i keep the film sensibility at 100. ( north America 60 cycle)

The other possibility is
Fluorescent, deluxe cool white WRATTEN gelatine no: 85c   exposed index 80

The idea is shooting the muppet  with a croma key green background....and ad
the back ground later a digitaal shoot or a picture....

Funny my reference book ar to old ? time past to fast...
