Sorry about this guys and gals - I haven't had time to investigate the 
ghost emails this week (been busy as hell editing, but should have some 
time after tomorrow).

But, the list *is* having issues with messages getting lost. So, I'm 
going to go ahead and start making plans to move the mailing list to a 
new server within the next week or so. Don't worry, it should not affect 
anyone's email - except that you will actually get it!
