Red has already done that, at least when it comes to price. You could buy Lomo primes for $100-150 each before RED. Now they are selling for a lot more.

In terms of making the adapter for sale, that's a possibility. I have had several interested parties contacting me for one. But details would have to be worked out first.
Right now I'm in the middle of a shoot and time is a bit of an issue as well.
