HI guys, i am working now in color correction of la LOW cont TELECINE HDCAM 
of my film , for broadcast delivery ...
have any idea of a chart of VIDEO LEVELS STANDART admitted for european 
countries for broadcasts masters in HDCAM (NOT SR) ....

i need it URGENT .... have to finnish this this week !
someones say me than MAX white levels have to be at 70% max . and MAX black 
level at 3% ... but for england is different , france is other story , i 
have confusion ....
