[Konvas] Best battery choice for Konvas 2M

Forgive me if this horse has been beaten to death, but I could really use some guidance here.

I've narrowed the choice down to two batteries:

14.4V 14000 mAh NIMH: http://www.all-battery.com/144v14000mahrectangularnimhbatterypackforpowerintensivedevicescustomize.aspx

Is 14.4 going to fry the motor? Any suggestions or input would be appreciated.
