Ahh, I re-read his post. He asked IS it sync and i misread it as WHAT is sync, stupid me. Anyway I answered BOTH questions. ;D I'll try and....let us say, surpass Mr. Boddington's effort as far as storyline goes ALTHOUGH I must say Richie's concept WAS original and the camera work was good. He also had a couple of babes in there which never hurts. We've got 2 picture investment memorandiums out there circulating so Let's see if eather one hits. If NOT, I save my pennies and go guerrilla with a 20K pic. shot at 5 to 1 with shortends, unknowns, friends and family and anything we happen to have handy!! Сделать кино сейчас! Товарищ кинематографистов Да здравствует независимый фильм !!!

> I have to comment about Xax and his Eclair questions-- I believe he is fairly young (unlike some of the old goats on this forum) and may not be familiar with the details of an old and obscure tank like the CM3. That said, he seems to be a busy, talented and experienced DP with an impressive resume. Take a look at his site. I'm sure he knows what sync is.

"Course Rodriguez shot El Marichi on a 16mm that probably wasn't half as nice as a Cameflex so yes you could shoot a feature with it, but be prepared fpr some headaches. FORTUNATELY modern software technology has a myriad of solutions. There is Sound Forge filters that can take out the camera sound and VocALign that can sync non-sync footage. I should tell you to look up the term because because you really need to start educating your self in all aspects of film making if you want to ake this your profession and no one is gonna do that for you but i'll give ya this one, Sync means the film and sound aquistion run at perfectly constant speeds so the sound and image match up in perfect synchonization or the words match the lips the boom matches the flash the clop matches the footstep.
