Lael,
Looking at the past 20 or so list messages, I only received one email 
with an HTML attachment - and that was Terry Byrne's (I'm not sure why). 
When did this issue start for you?

The server is setup to attempt a conversion of HTML attachments to plain 
text (if it's possible). While I was checking on the server, I also 
looked at your settings and they seem normal. So nothing looks different 
on the server end.

What email client are you using? On my PC, using Mozilla Thunderbird, I 
have it setup to "display original html". On my Mac, using Apple's Mail, 
I can't remember my settings (on my PC right now), but I'm not having 
any issues with html attachments or displaying html messages there 
either (it displays html messages without issue).

Sometimes it happens with Thunderbird, but I get an attached *text* file 
usually called "Part 1.3" - which contains the footer of certain 
people's messages. Not sure why, but it happens with Mozilla Thunderbird 
and not with Apple Mail.
