I should have been more clear about Anders, he is out of the camera mod business, and that business was a sublet to someone in Moscow. If anyone is familiar with Anatoly at Slow Motion, Inc in LA (Burbank specifically), both he and Anders were selling the same Kinor mods that came out of Moscow. Though Anders didn't charge nearly as much as Anatoly. 
 
Concerning Olex, I think his 17EP motor mods are his own, though I'm not sure. One thing I do know is that he doesn't do Kinor work. 
 
I would add one more comment on the state of modifications to Kinors and Konvas: Bruce at Aranda Film seems to me to be the easiest to work with right now. He did some fairly major repair work for me on a Kinor and he turned it around quickly at a very reasonable cost. Olex did a good job on the motors and some Konvas service work, but it took quite a long time and the money exchange was a bit more difficult.
