[Konvas] Cheap "right hand gear" Follow Focus

All:

I have my Konvas 1M with PL mount set up with 15mm, 60cm center to center rods now.  I looking into getting a basic follow focus in the next couple months.  I'm trying to stay $400 and below.  The main problem is how very close the focus gear for my 35mm square front anamorphic is to the camera.

As seen in the attached pic, JBK Cine make a $400 follow focus (FF-208A HD) that can be bought in a version with the gear on the right side of the knob.  --Unfortunately, the knob is now turned backwards from regular.  Any recommendations or ideas?
