We have a post early this year about lens Russian or Zeiss where the glass
shift color because of the sand they used to made the glass...
If i remember in the post the persons propose to expose the lens to the
natural light near a window for few days and put a aluminum paper on the
other side for reflexion.The glass then recover the transparency or is
original color....

We protect the lens and put them all the time in a dark area maybe if they
got some sun tan  for few hours this could dry them and avoid other problem
?

Any optical specialist on the list ?
