As I have said before, I took a few months and built an adapter to use the oct19 on the EOS 10D-- you MUST lock the mirror up because otherwise it clips the rear of the lenses. That was why I was looking at a "live view" on the rear screen camera to use so I could use the digital still camera for a director's viewfinder. I shipped my mount-- aluminum, stainless, and Bondo®-- to someone who was supposed to make a batch, did not hear from him again, and later found that he was no longer among the "top side of the grass club."
Mirror lock up is mandatory for the full range of oct19 or PL mount lenses.

In theory it should be possible to make a lens mount adaptor that allows
the use of Lomo OCT-19 lenses on Canon EOS cameras. As we know the
OCT-19 mount has a flange focal distance (FFD) of 61mm and the FFD for
an EOS is 44mm. So there is 17mm of room for an adaptor. The one problem
which may arise is that if a particular OCT-19 Lomo is "too big" behind
the flange it may physically prevent the lens for seating correctly into
the adaptor when fitted to a Canon camera.
An OCT-18/EOS adaptor could not be made because there is too much of the
rear of the OCT-18 mount protruding behind the "flange"
All the best
Steve
