Academy is 22mm x 16mm (1.37:1)
Super-35 is 24.892mm x 18.669mm (1.33:1)
Anamorphic is 22mm x 18.7mm (1.17:1)

If the 7D is 22.3 x 14.9 mm (1.49:1), that should mean that as long as 
your lens covers S35, then it should cover the 7D as well. Correct?
