[Konvas] Kinor 35H mags- how to get into them?

Hi All,
 
I have a bunch of Kinor 35H mags with various problems that I would like to have a local service guy look into, but we can't figure out an obvious way to get into them and are reluctant to tear anything up.
 
Can some one tell us how to get beneath the backing plate to the belts and other adjustments? (for 500 and 1000ft mags)
