You have Les Boscher in the UK and Bruce from the Aranda group,  Melbourne.
 
Both are very experienced and do fine work but Bruce has better  
communication skills so I would give it to him. There are few others in the UK  but 
have a backlog of orders from other type of work so the time scale is always  
changing.
 
Bruce is the best bet.
