Sure.

BNCR is still the de-facto standard on several cameras including,
BNCR ... no surprise, there ... and numerous Freis conversions, also
Cinema Products XR-35, and possibly one Panavision.

I suspect you can rent just about any of the older Panavision lenses
in BNCR from their rental outlets, on request. You could surely rent
just about any lens in BNC mount, back before the days of mass-
conversions to reflex viewers.

IIRC, the Panavision R-200 camera had a BNCR mount, at least in its
original incarnation as this camera is a Mitchell BNC or NC head
inside a Panavision blimp housing, much as the CP XR-35 is a Mitchell
BNC or NC head inside a CP blimp housing. The R-200 designation comes
from a slight modification to the basic NC/BNC movement, to give it a
200 degree shutter capability. The standard NC/BNC movement has a 180
degree shutter capability. The R-200 head is otherwise identical to
an NC/BNC.
